Awful culture of Recon class

Why is there such a bad culture around recon, and the persistent behavior of not setting up drones or the LTLM?

It seems that NO RECON I’ve run into has these gadgets equipped. It’s not hard at all, the drone flies up like a camera and is left there. The LTLM is placed in one area and auto spots/locks on.

I have to go recon every game and it’s frustrating. While others go recon every game and just snipe but don’t deploy these gadgets.

When I go support I review the kit, if you’re a “sniper” without these tools, no revive.
