Fertilizer for vegies

Hello to all,

Ive started to grow broccoli in Sydney. Is there certified organic fertilizers i can use for both growth and flowering that doesnt include animal products like blood and bone (very cruel) and wont poison me with chemicals if at all possible. Ive found certified pea straw but thats it.
