Few days of not looping into edging

27m.. Yeah I finally broke my loop of basically edging every 2 days almost all night and me constantly looking for guys that do the same, it's my 4th day.. I'm trying to work on not edging anymore and not talk to guys like that first since it makes me spiral and I feel really guilty afterwards
