[MIL-W-46374B] Not Working

I have an authentic, until yesterday mint condition MIL-W-46374B. I treated this thing like my own child, taking good care not to overwind it or even get so much as a scratch on it. This morning while I was setting the time and winding it I moved the crown backwards to avoid overwinding, and now it won't move. If I pop the crown and move it forward, setting the time, it will run for about 10 seconds then stop. If I shake it or drop it lightly onto a pillow it moves for about 3-5 seconds. Did I break it somehow?
