Change from April > May incentives?

I'm seeing conflicting things online. I'm ordering a 2026 xdrive 50e. Looks like the 1.99% for 60mo stayed on but can't tell if they removed the purchase credit but bumped the loyalty credit (which I won't qualify for...). What changed this month?
