Can I still do this if I cant do math easily

Im 17, I have great pattern recognition skill, so I wanted to get into cyber security and coding, but I most likely have dyscalucia, I only know math up to a 4th grade level, and my grandmother said it would be impossible for me to, I have austim and adhd, and it seems like a good thing for me to learn because two of my special interest cover those things, can I do it or do I just come to terms about how ill just work at a grocery store like everyone says I will
