How does queueing up with new players look like?

So I have 3 friends who just got the game and haven’t played any matches yet.

I’m a bit above 500h player.

How will the matchmaking look like if we queue up in a squad? I’ve seen players quitting after trying out with their friends, happened also with my other friend bc the killer would straight up tunnel them despite me trying to lure killer away.

I’m not a good player myself and I suck by going against killers that are on my current mmr, so I know it will be definitely hard when they join.

Will the game queue up us with more easier killers? Or should I use my other steam account where I haven’t played dbd at all yet?

And no, I don’t have intentions to be toxic to lower mmr killer. My first dbd match was against a bully squad as killer, so definitely don’t want this to happen to any new killers.
