Facebook post I saw today about the Unseen
A sitting member of Congress just admitted on the record that she has personally seen evidence of things this world cannot explain.
Republican Representative Anna Paulina Luna of Florida, who leads the House Oversight task force on declassification of federal secrets, said publicly that she will not call them aliens because she does not know what these things actually are. She stated that she has reviewed classified evidence inside a secure facility on Capitol Hill and that what she saw led her to believe there are objects in operation today that are of nonhuman origin and creation. Those were her exact words. From a sitting lawmaker. On the record.
The world is treating this like breaking news. But scripture has been describing an unseen realm since the very first chapters of Genesis. The Bible never taught that the visible material world is all there is. It taught the opposite. There are heavens and earth. There are seen things and unseen things. There are powers and principalities that operate in places no human eye has ever directly witnessed.
Ephesians 6:12 declares, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
That verse is not poetry. It is a battlefield report. The Apostle Paul did not use the language of metaphor. He used the language of warfare. He named real beings, real powers, and a real conflict happening in a real spiritual realm that surrounds the natural one.
For believers, the existence of an unseen creation is not a panic. It is a confirmation. It tells us why human history has been so violent, why deception works the way it does, and why the cross of Jesus Christ matters infinitely more than any classified briefing.
Whatever the government has hidden in a SCIF, the Lord has never hidden from His people. Scripture told us the truth long before any politician was cleared to read it.
Christ is Lord over every realm. Seen and unseen.
That settles every question worth asking.
What does the reality of an unseen realm change about how you live your faith day to day?
