Relocation and job with residency requirement?

I’m relocating in 30 days. I would like to apply for a job with a residency requirement that is satisfied with the new address. Would there be an issue with putting a new address on my resume if I don’t technically live there yet? I’ve signed a lease but don’t know how long it takes to show up on a background check.
