is 55k points for the Grand Hyatt Tokyo a good deal?

I have a 4 night stay coming up in a couple weeks in Tokyo. Looking to use my points at either the Grand Hyatt Tokyo for 55k a night or the Caption near Tokyo Station for 20k a night? Should I save some points and book the Caption? I will be staying at this Caption on a paid stay for 2 nights the week prior. Is this hotel worth staying at twice?

Wondering if spending the points at the Grand Hyatt is worth it? Thank you for any insight.
