United Building at 481 University Construction Updates?

does anyone know the details about the actual progress of this construction project? the closing was originally supposed to be in 2025 but they've delayed it twice now and claim to be ready for occupancy in summer 2027 but idk if that's really going to be the case.

How are people planning on closing given the value of the condos these days? any sort of offers of blanket appraisal financing?
