Help I'm a noob and playing for my bf whiles he's away

Hi!!! I need help I've never played this game before and my bf asked me to get him hiyuki while he's away for his job, so he left me his account but I don't know how to maneuver the game or do anything at all. Am I able to purchase hiyuki without playing or do I have to play to get her? Please help me
