Basic hair cuts

I've had fun trying some of the splendid stylists around town, but just cannot face another trendy, many-layered cut that I can't style. My layers from last year's shag are finally grown out enough to trim up.

I'm looking for solid recommendations for stylists who cut and color women's hair and are okay with boring maintenance stuff. Bonus points if they work with fine/thin hair.

I'm ready to settle down, and hope that Oly has someone I can trust.
