Need some help choosing some characters for Danganronpa: Blood Money

Down below are all the characters I have to choose from for my Danganronpa x Hitman series, I decided to choose targets from Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Contracts and of course Blood Money. I tend to have an impossible time choosing which characters to choose and I’m planning on going 20 - 22 characters (but I’m open for 16 characters) for my Fanganronpa. Any and all suggestions, recommendations and criticisms are welcomed. Thank You
