How long did it take before your crows actually trusted you enough to eat while you were watching?

Been feeding the same pair for about six weeks. They'll take food from the spot but only after I've gone back inside and they've watched me through the window for a while. I know patience is the whole game here. Just curious what the timeline looked like for other people before their crows got comfortable with a human presence nearby
