Shadow Banned for nothing ??

I logged on yesterday for the new Zombies map, was waiting around for my friends so I hopped into a couple Freerun games to kill time

During my second game the server disconnected and booted me to the start screen

Upon relaunching the game it told me that my "matchmaking was limited due to suspicious activity"

Now I can no longer progress anything until it goes away and I don't believe it gave me any indication as to how long it would be

Ontop of that temporary bans/matchmaking limits are non appealable
