10th Keeper Advice and Draft Advice

Hey All,

League Context:

• 12 Man league with 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, 1TE and 1 Flex. (1Def and 1K)
• Keeper league where we keep max 10 with min 9
• We do a non rookie Free Agent draft to fill rosters back to 10 before our standard rookie and FA draft.

Advice:

1. Looking for thoughts on who youd keep in the 10 slot.
2. Who would you target at 1.05 and 1.11?
   1. I am leaning Price at 1.05 and BPA wr at 1.11
