LogisVert Rebate

I am in the midst of filling out an application but ran into an issue with entering in serial numbers and energy star identifiers. Logisvert website will only allow numbers, no letters, but my serial number and energy star both have a letter as well as a bunch of a numbers. So im stalled. What to do?
