Would you rather pay higher rate or cover nanny’s health insurance?

Curious what NPs prefer. Would you rather pay a higher rate to your nanny or let them pick a health plan and pay for that and a slightly lower rate? Contract has guaranteed hours, OT/PTO/holidays, mileage, etc.
