Any regrets?

I have been thinking about this a couple of years now and have questions if anyone is willing to answer.

Does anyone have any regrets about getting a breast augmentation? Are there anythings that you can't do now that you could prior to BA (example sleeping on your stomach)? Is there anything you know now that you wish you would have now prior to BA? For UTM do you find it effects any part of your daily routine. For UTM do you ever worry about if you had to get them removed one day what that would mean for your muscle?
