SF - picking up uniform after 1st shift?

I've previously scheduled my first shift for May 23rd; however, the first available spot for accreditation and uniform pick up I see is on May 24th. Can I go to my first shift without these? Or can I go a little early on March 23rd to pick up accreditation and uniform without an appointment?
