I9 14900KF, Maximus Z790 Dark Hero btf, UNDERVOLT????

i need to undervolt my cpu but everything I do comes up as either an error or it just docent run any stress tests like cinebencz or 3dMark. its been running at super high temps and I dont know much about clock stretching or what numbers to but the bios at. please help
