Spirit Airlines and Chase Insurance?

The talk is that Spirit Airlines may be shutting down. Anyone have any idea what might happen with flights booked with a Sapphire Reserve card for cancelled travel? Some of the wording suggests that "change fees" might be covered. Does that mean someone will help me book replacement flights? Costs on the flight I'm trying to replace are 3x the price.
