Resizable Bar Nvidia 3090

Hi, getting some trouble getting it to work.

I have rebar enabled in bios, secure boot is off, CSM is also off. The GPU is with the latest firmware and did have Rebar in windows.

I added the modfile nvidia-rebar.conf with the line "options nvidia NVreg_EnableResizableBar=1" as well. I also regenerated the initramfs, yet it's still disabled. Not sure what I'm missing if anyone has gotten this to work.
