Need explanation on csab councelling

So I got 60.38 percentile in jee mains 🫪🥀 I'm a sc category student

Now I'm getting a seat into iilm gurugram but I wanna try my luck in csab rounds cause why not 🗿

Idk anything much about it and the 20k PAF is scaring me what if I don't get any good seat in these rounds will my 20k be refunded or they'll suck it all 🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪
