Allergy Eyes (AKA I'm not crying, I swear)

This time of year it doesn't matter how put together I look, it's all kind of ruined by my eyes. I know it's allergies, but between my nose spray and OTC pill, I'm not sneezing or anything. The only symptom that persists is my bloodshot eyes. It's awkward to be at work and look like I'm going through a breakup or something. The rest of the year my Lumify drops are great, but they can't seem to handle this. I also have Visine Allergy Relief drops, and those burn when I put them in but it doesn't do anything about the redness. Anyone have any tips on something that really works?
