Help, account disabled after listing items

Hello, I made an account on Swappa recently & listed a Samsung Galaxy phone, did some email verification and corrected that it was a t mobile not unlocked. The listing was up for a few days and actually I boosted it as well. I go to check on the listing today and now it says my account is inactive, and it seems like it has been disabled. I haven't done anything besides list the phone and was Actually planning on listing another today. Just need some help or advice on what to do as I need the money atm, thanks.
