Struggling to trade at NYSE open

Anyone have any advice on how I can be better prepared to trade the NYSE open. I’m just struggling with all the volatility and manipulation.

When I’m looking at the charts there are FVG’s in all directions on all timeframes. How do you know which one is likely to be respected?
