New to the community

Im new to the deaf community as I just started to get intune with how bad my hearing is getting. Im loosing it and having to learn my way through it, with what seems like all alone. Hoping to connect with the community as I learn to navigate this with my doctor and myself. Currently considered HOH but it is declining fast enough to predicting me going Deaf in the future. I don't know where to start learning or start getting help for hearing aids and such, my doctor is working on figuring that out herself as well but she's never learned apparently where to send me for tests she just knows I can't hear her a good chunk of my appointments. I am also moving to Berlin and dont know where to start learning german sign. Any resources
