Ban for missclick

I’m writing because my support ticket has been open for 2 days now without any response. I'm really eager to get back to the game, but I can't do that until my issue is resolved.

Could someone from the support team please take a look at it?

Hello FACEIT Support Team,

I am writing to appeal a ban for friendly fire that resulted from a provocation and intentional griefing by a teammate.

During the match, this player was intentionally blocking my movement and trolling the game. While I was holding a grenade, his constant blocking caused a 'misclick' and an accidental throw that damaged him. It was a direct consequence of his unsportsmanlike behavior.

I believe this player reported me to cover up his own trolling. I have never been banned before and I always try to play competitively. I kindly ask you to check the match logs/demo to see that I was being griefed. Please consider lifting my ban as I was not the one initiating the conflict.
