New to sff need advice

I want (like many i would guess) to make a pc console like. While i haven't yet decided if windows (steam big pucture) or steam os (bazzite) i surely know i want it ps5 size. So, what case and delicate components should i choose for a 4k@120 display (mainly gpu and cpu cooler to fit the case). I will pair it with the new steam controller and use it in tandem with steamdeck.

I think fractal ridge (horizontal) with 9600x + 9070xt + noctua l12s. But i fear thermals and/or noise under load. + if not going steam os route, i fear i will miss on rtx 5070 dlss (being an nvidia user since ...gtx 560ti...)

What would be the best "path" for my build?
