Auto adjust speed on cruisecontrol

Is there a way to set the cruise control to automatically follow the speed limit? I can get it green and when the limit changes it starts flashing and I can adjust fast the the new speed but this still requires manual action. My previous car a megane etech had an option to enable auto changing speed on the speed limit, it did it proactively when it knew it had to slow down. I really liked this, but either I cant find this or the Kia cant do this?
