I only recently interacted with BTS Army for the first time after they brigaded the Grammys subreddit with assertions of the last album being the "definitive" choice for AOTY due to its "undeniable" global cultural impact

This obviously turned into a mini-scandal on that sub and we are all so disgusted with BTS Army. I was accused of being "from the BTS snark sub" which I had no idea about... but thanks to them, I am now here!

The way these fucking low IQ buffoons argue, doing mental gymnastics, pretending people said things they didn't, claiming every single rebuttal is racism and xenophobia, dropping ChatGPT paragraphs about Butter being the best song ever, saying BTS is better than Beyoncé's "mediocrity", and calling people retards... I mean, fuck these people

I think the Devil already won. There is no point. I truly didn't know humans could be so unintelligent. And the fact that the fanbase is apparently composed of a lot of older single women in their 30s and 40s? Humanity is fucked. I think it's time to give up and let go of hope.
