Anyone in the UK had their IHU upgraded from 4.0 to 4.2?

I have an XC40 2023 plate and have had a few issues with the IHU. Besides it being slow, it’s also had some pretty scary crashes. After doing a bit of research, I’ve seen some owners have paid out of pocket to have their IHU upgraded.

I’ve called our dealer in the UK and they said they didn’t think it was possible to do. Volvo UK said the dealers can do it.

So has anyone had theirs done, and whereabouts in the UK did you get it sorted?
