How to fix glassy, glazed-over "schizo eyes?"

I feel like I have this. The creepy eyes that look like they're always looking *through,* and never at, something. Like the "Gen Z stare" but on steroids. I believe it's from my schizophrenia. Wondering how to get myself some normal, responsive eyes again. Or is it just never going away.
