Need help with my GOXLR Audio Mixer

I recently did a cleanout of a house and happened to come into a TC Helicon XLR audio mixer, it wasn't in the best condition but I've spent some time cleaning it up and now it looks practically brand new. But when I plug it into my PC it lights up but the audio outputs dont work despite being routed properly PC wise. Is this fixable?

I'm considering taking it to a repair shop, but just wanted a second opinion before I start searching.
