Eastlake Ave from bridge south to Cancer Care Alliance-

Hello,

Before you tell me to check cameras or city web I already did. One has Eastlake completely closed for 10 blocks right after crossing bridge going south and another has it completely open.

Given that I need to be pretty south on it at 4:30 PM I am unsure re how much time to plan.
