Experiences with Trulap.eu?

Hi,

I am on my quest to buy my first pair of adjustable dumbells. I am in the EU region and have decided on buying Trulap 23.5 kg variant.

What i am wondering is - Has anyone faced any problems with shipping or warranty or customer care not responding?
