Why does YouTube allow so many racist conservatives to get really big?

More and more do I see so many blatantly racist dog whistling conservatives pop up with a million plus subscribers and hundreds of thousands of views on everything they shit out. We all know a couple and I hardly ever see any LGBT+ ally channels doing the inverse successfully or an immigrant rights representative launching way up like these far right channels.

Has YouTube always been apart of the problem? They already silence a bunch of channels for nonsensical reasons but I still keep getting uncle toms and traitorous fake gay men trying to point out hypocrisies to make republicans look like the reasonable ones. You can even go so far to say that allowing so many hateful bigots to get famous has caused a few deaths like with Nick Shirley basically being the reason Renee Good was murdered.
