Question from a new fan

I'm new to the Murder Drones fandom (literally binged the show for the first time in one sitting earlier this weak) and i'm already obsessed. i'm curious to know a lot about the intricate lore; and the simple lore like: since drones were created then it's pretty reasonable to assume that all adult drones seen in the show are permanently set to be in 30s. on that logic N, V and co were likely all set to be always teens by Tessa or Cyn. also if any of this is true, then worker drones created the idea of maturing and robot babies. this all stemmed from me trying to form a coherent idea of how old are N and Uzi? if any of this is wrong or there's an official answer then please tell me because i am confused
