Is there any way for me to become a chemist??

Hello. I am currently a sophomore in highschool who took honors chem this year, only to discover that I love it! I am not the best at it, but over the school year I have gotten consistently better at understanding the labs and vocab. I'm good friends with my chem teacher, and we often talk about astrochemistry and space during study halls. I am now considering a career in chemistry. Yay! The only issue is, I have not done any chemistry related extracurriculars. Ever. All my extracurriculars are related to theater and vocal performance. Even my job is theatrical. I have not once ever participated in any kind of STEM program. I know chemistry can be a competitive career. What kind of clubs/classes should I join/take? Next year, I have already signed up to take AP Chemistry and AP Precalculus. Thank you!!
