Ghost TOTP codes showing on iOS after rebuilding my vault

Hey y'all,

Today I had to recreate my Bitwarden account from scratch after making a classic mistake: I logged out of all sessions without setting up email recovery, and my 2FA for Bitwarden was stored inside Bitwarden itself. Lesson learned. Now I'm rebuilding my vault from zero and being much more careful.

As I've been re-adding 2FA for my accounts, I noticed something weird on iOS: there are ghost TOTP codes showing for accounts that don't have 2FA enabled in Bitwarden. Here's a screenshot. The fake codes are in the red box, compared to a real one for Amazon.

This doesn't happen on the Firefox extension, only on iOS. I've tried syncing manually, logging out and back in, and even reinstalling the app. Nothing fixes it. Deleting the fake entry makes it go away, but that's not a real solution (those accounts never had TOTP codes, even in my old vault).

Is this a known issue? My best guess is leftover data from my old vault, but again, those accounts never had TOTP set up there either. Could it be a visual bug?

I know I screwed up originally, so please go easy on me. Today's been rough enough as it is. Thanks for any help.
