Halo 5 spartan company 2026

How do I leave a spartan company in 2026? In Halo 5 guardians. Is there still a way to leave? I don't know the leader of the company even. I've searched halowaypoint too. I've asked the a.i.s. Does anyone have a way to leave the spartan company? If so I'd really like to hear it.
