Has anyone actually gotten a hardware ban in The Finals?

Has anyone in The Finals ever received a hardware ban? I’ve seen mentions that they exist, but I’ve never actually seen anyone complain about getting one, and it feels like most cheaters just make new accounts. Curious how it really works in practice.
