What is a class I can use to get really high perception?

I'm doing the 21 dagger quest and didn't realize I was failing perception checks and this is easier than losing hours of progress just to complete a quest.

Character could also be useful later so I guess it's worth making now.

All other characters I own have already failed the checks.
