Forgotten Collectible Plush/ Ragdoll doll line (U.K. circa early 2000s).

Trying to remember the name of a series of collectible ragdoll type dolls (soft and plush). These dolls were small, and also came with matching pets I think. I distinctly remember having one with a black and white outfit on, with a matching Dalmatian dog. I also had one with very curly blonde hair. These were U.K. based I believe, and were available in the early 2000s. I have tried searching online but can’t find them anywhere. [I don’t know if this is correct, but I believe the origin story was that they were created by a young woman who first designed them out of clay, and then later had them designed in plush version]. Thank you so much! I’m desperate to remember the name. I have done numerous searches, and yet cannot find them anywhere. They had a beanie baby feel, and had small limbs, and were displayed sitting.
