a question about self medicating for mental illness.

i am petulant borderline schizo typal w severe ocd and bdd. i’ve been taking capsules w micro dose amounts and i found that since then i no longer meet the criteria for all of my diagnoses. i finally found some relief but at the same time i am terrified bc self medicating has always been frowned upon. what should i do.
