UK, Pre-transfer employees at work get longer break times?

I’m on a temp contract atm, with a location that changed companies a while ago. I get 30 mins unpaid break while the permanent staff, that got contracts before the location changed hands, get an extra 30 mins paid break on top of that. Even if I get a perm contract I’d still get only 30 mins unpaid. I find it unfair and am unsure if I’d be able to negotiate for the same break as the other workers if I do get offered a contract?

I’ve looked up a bit to do with TUPE so they’re legally allowed to do that, and keep the prev employees with better contracts. Any advice on how to approach this if I do get an offer, please?
