I kept running into the same issue with NSFW generations, anything beyond a simple 1–2 subject scene would fall apart.

Faces drift, anatomy merges, background loses structure. Especially in more dynamic scenes.

What finally worked for me wasn’t a better model, it was changing how I structure prompts.

Instead of writing one long prompt, I split it into layers:

Environment first (lighting, setting, mood)
Primary subject (features, pose, expression, weighted higher)
Secondary elements (if any, lower weight to avoid interference)
Action last (kept simple so it doesn’t override composition)

That alone fixed most of the identity drift and weird blending.

Second thing that helped:

Don’t push everything in one generation. I generate a clean base first, then iterate for motion/variation instead of expecting the model to solve everything at once.

Also noticed lighting consistency matters more than people think. If the light source isn’t clearly defined, the model starts “guessing” per frame and that’s where realism breaks.

Still not perfect:

Multi-person scenes are hit or miss past 3 subjects
Fast motion introduces artifacts
Longer sequences degrade

But for short clips, this setup holds together way better than anything I was getting before.

If anyone’s curious, I tested this workflow on [this setup](https://dreamyporn.ai/classic-acts/footjob-porn) mostly because it lets me iterate quickly without rebuilding everything each time.

Multi-step prompting is the only way I got consistent NSFW scenes to stop breaking
