Bug while rerolling transfigured Amulet

I decided to reroll the aspect on my transfigured amulet. Transfigure disappeared and now i can no longer transfigure my amulet. I was able to transfigure that amulet multiple times before with the use of the kullean tuning prism. Is this intentional or bug?
